BowPad is a text editor with a ribbon user interface. It has syntax highlighting feature for over 100 file types and programming languages. The interface is fully customizable, with regard to its color. You may add new commands under the "Run" menu - this lets you add shortcuts to compilers such as Java, C++ , etc.
